Sol Ruca Trusts WWE to Time Main Roster Move
WWE NXT wrestler Sol Ruca stated she remains content in NXT until management deems her ready for the main roster. In an interview, she affirmed trust in WWE's promotion decisions, expressing a desire to join Raw or SmackDown by 2027 while prioritizing proper timing. Ruca highlighted her love for NXT but acknowledged the main roster as the ultimate goal.
Ruca debuted in NXT with high-flying maneuvers that drew fan attention. She appeared on SmackDown, partnering with former teammate Zaria, competed at the Evolution premium live event, and earned selection by John Cena for December's Saturday Night’s Main Event to showcase emerging talent. Despite lacking a pre-WWE wrestling background, she captured the NXT Women’s North American Championship at last year’s Stand & Deliver and later added the WWE Women’s Speed Championship to become a double champion.
The NXT Women’s Championship stands as the sole singles title yet to elude Ruca in NXT. She aims to position herself as a contender by defeating Zaria at this year’s Stand & Deliver event on Saturday night.
A victory over Zaria could accelerate Ruca's path toward the NXT Women’s Championship and further main roster opportunities.
